More about Kriya- It is done once a month known as the perfect cleansing technique from your Mouth to A**s
Benefits: complete digestive system is cleaned by this technique as so all the related issues with your digestive system, such as obesity, digestion, ulcer, constipation, flatulence, acidity, indigestion, Headache due to indigestion & constipation disappears, Nerve endings in digestive and excretory route get energized.
Time required: early in the morning as it is done only empty stomach(not even light stomach)
Time taken for the kriya 2.5 hours to 3 hours

Yogic walk (rekha Gati)
Tadasana (gain stability of mind and body through the mountain pose)
Trikonasana (the triangle pose is good for legs, spine and to build overall stamina)
9:15 AM Sun Salutation (Beautiful combination of yogic practices to work on each and every part of your body.
9:30AM Shavasana
10:30 AM Breakfast
11:30 AM How to Cook healthy Food
1:30 Prasadam (Lunch )-offering your food to divine first and then, serving food with devotion ( mantra chanting )
Free Time------ till 5 pm

Very Important to know how to restore your energy back to normal..........nnnnooooo better than before :) that's what the deal is of doing the restorative yoga. We learn here how to trigger the body's inner intelligence so that it may restore its energy by mending, healing as and when required:)!!!!!

I still remember the time spent in CHINA .....

12 years ago... seems like yesterday !!I

The girls there were after looking good only (everyone was slimmer than meπŸ˜… and looked soooo pretty)

They were into the western style of flow yoga (nothing bad in that)

BUT I wanted them to experience authentic traditional HATHA yoga πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

I am glad they liked what I had to offer to them πŸ™πŸ˜‡

I designed the modules for a yoga university there πŸ˜‡πŸ™I am honoured that I could do my job well !!

My motto is to spread traditional yoga which is MORE for your mind but we use body as a TOOL as it’s easier for us to feel through 5 senses !!!

I started my weight loss (transformation Journey) in 2003 when I was nearly 100 KG (well little less but I always looked more than what I weigh)

My ONLY DESIRE that time was to get FIT into my old clothes ...Nah the hidden desire was to get fit into THE society. As a FAT person, I would always feel that I miss-fit. I never used to wear western clothes as I would think that people would JUDGE me, where I was judging them lol that they would judge me .....RATHER I already judged myself that I look UGLY in western clothes......

With my yoga practice, they NEED to look good was soon OVER :) I am glad that I accepted myself as I was AND THAT WAS THE KEY-
REAL TRANSFORMATION HAPPENED for me :) I felt lighter of other people's opinions and judgments over me :) such a relief !!!

It took me TIME to learn that 20 kilos of IRON should be different than 20 kilos of cotton πŸ˜‡πŸ˜…

Lol πŸ˜‚ but I was a single mom -happy Mother’s Day to me

So I had responsibilities of TWO kids

Pain of betrayal (somewhere inside)

Pain of rejection (deep in subconscious level)

And a lot of TRUST from my family that YOU WILL DO IT

My father was - you will ROCK there ( in his words TERA YAHAN KYA HOGA INDIA MAIN , TU JAA YAHAN SE KUCH KAR :)

My mom n sister-in-laws supported me (Bhabhi’s took care of my kids while I came here so that I may call kids ASAP to me)

When I came to Canada 🍁 I landed in Oakville to a friend’s house (my friend from my first job :) he wasn’t a friend;πŸ€—we used to work together and might hv interacted 4-5 times in the span of a couple of months)

My first job FOUND me in a week :) while I was walking in a plaza in Oakville- I got stuck at HEMA MALINI JIs poster at a restaurant ❀️

THAT WAS MY FIRST JOB ❀️server, chef,manager,cleaner ,yoga teacher πŸ˜‡πŸ˜ƒπŸ€©πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

When I told my brothers I got THE JOB :) lol(I was making six figures income in Delhi before coming here so :) their reaction was

Elder brother was like KAISA LAG RAHA HAI ??β€”-AKSHEY KUMAR KI TARAH lol (how you feeling like Bollywood hero -AKSHEY-for those who don’t know he used to work in a restaurant before becoming a ⭐️ )

My Younger brother was like :( YOU COME BACK I will give you 8million IRS as salary lol πŸ˜‚ but he knew I was/am/will be STUBBORN ( deeth hai πŸ˜‚Tu) paise de Tu mujhe Nahi roke sakta πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚I am ROCK πŸͺ¨ lol filmy log!!!

My brothers were filmy too:)

I met GEMS πŸ’Ž here and left sone back home (I am blessed that they are still loving and caring and are in my lifeπŸ™β€οΈπŸ€—)

My biggest strength was my family β€οΈπŸ˜‡ who trusted me, supported me always and let me BE ME

I am grateful to have y’all
