Congratulations to our teammates Kale Nicol #10 and Sullivan Taylor #16, for your selection to the Boys U16 Program of Excellence Top-40 Camp, taking place May 21 -24, 2026, at the Southeast Event Centre in Steinbach, MB.

This stage marks a major milestone in the journey toward representing Team Manitoba at the 2027 Canada Winter Games. The Top-40 Camp serves as the second phase of the Program of Excellence—bringing together the province’s top athletes as they continue to develop, challenge themselves, and push for selection to Team Manitoba, with the goal of earning the opportunity to perform on one of Canada’s biggest national stages.

From this group, athletes will continue to be evaluated as Hockey Manitoba works toward naming the final Boys U16 Team Manitoba roster that will go on to represent the province at the 2027 Canada Winter Games, taking place February 27 – March 14, 2027, in Quebec City, Quebec.

Brandon hockey team honours late teammate en route to provincial championship The 2025/26 season for the U15 AAA Brandon Wheat Kings was one of success. It was capped off with a provincial championship – their fourth in the past five seasons. But this season was about so much more. It was about honouring the legacy of a fallen teammate and friend who was gone far too soon.

Congratulations to our 2012 born players that were selected to attend the Program of Excellence U15 Performance Prep Tourney this weekend in Winnipeg!

✨ Daniel Flett-Neapew was named Tournament of Champions Player of the Year — an award recognizing a graduating U15 AAA player who shows outstanding skill, dedication, and character both on and off the ice. Amazing achievement, Daniel!

👏 Marc & Courtney Olsen took home the Wayne Robertson Memorial Award for Rep Team Managers of the Year. Their hard work behind the scenes made this season seamless for our players and families — and played a huge part in our championship run!

Congratulations Daniel, Marc, and Courtney — so well deserved! 🙌🌾👑
