11am rink 5 vs team Canada

After an eventful 3rd game the 69er fall to bomb squad 3-0 after the referee stops the game due to a line brawl! As a result the 9ers lose Colin Russell for the remainder of the tournament.

Playoffs start Sunday morning at 930am vs Dog Sharks on rink 3!

Another Walter Gretzkey Street Hockey Tournament in the books for your 69ers, strong first playoff game vs hurricanes with a 14-1 win! Seeing the 9ers taking on the dandelions and come out on top 10-2 to move on to the semi finals to face the North End eagles. Hard fought battle as the 69ers erased a 3-1 lead by the eagles to tie it up 4-4 to take them to overtime but fell short to very poor co reffing and lose 5-4.

Your 69ers faced a tough team in the quarter finals in the punishers, unfortunately the punishers edged out the 9ers with a 4-3 defeat.
The 69ers would like to thank all the fans and family that came out Saturday and Sunday to support the boys and cheer them on as they went 2-1-0 Saturday 1-1 playoff Sunday
