Well, we did it again!

With the river quiet again, our committee would like to take the time to thank all of the people who helped make our event possible for the SIXTH time:
🚣The paddlers – all 60 of you!
🆘All of the volunteers at Brown’s Bay, on the docks and on the water
🔥The Front of Yonge fire fighters
🎟The Township staff
🏞The St. Lawrence Parks Commission, for the venue and services
👔The local businesses who were more than generous with donations and prizes. (Please support them back! See previous posts for a list!)

📹Today is the day!! We're starting the morning off with huge thanks to our major sponsor Dale at Hometown TV12 Brockville. Not only has Dale covered our event for the past SIX years, he has also advertised across platforms and created some amazing video content. We've been all over his website for weeks!!

We would like to thank the Mallorytown Pharmacy for their generosity in supporting this event and for helping to keep the community healthy and active!

As you know, events like our's are only possible when volunteers put up their hands and help out. The Mallorytown Pharmacy & Health Centre contributes to our event year after year, helping fund a lunch for the volunteers.

The pharmacy on County Road 2 in the village of Mallorytown, provides medication, other health essentials, and free delivery of prescriptions. Thank you for taking care of our volunteers!

Safety on the water is a priority for our event. Hucks Marine & Resort has once again graciously provided a safety vessel for the Paddle Poker Run.

For almost a Century and a half, Hucks has been serving boaters boating in the 1000 Islands as a Full Service Marina, Premium Boat Dealer and a first-class destination. Their crew is available year round to help you buy a new or used boat, sell your boat or service your boat and keep you boating in the 1000 Islands.

Shuffle up and paddle out! 🛶♠️♥️♣️♦️

The 6th Annual Front of Yonge Paddle Poker Run returns to Brown's Bay Bay Day Use & Beach this Saturday. From taking part on the water or cheering paddlers on from shore, it's a great way to enjoy a morning along the beautiful St. Lawrence River.

🕗 Time: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
📍 Location: Brown's Bay Day Use & Beach, Thousand Islands Parkway
