🥎❤️ Happy Coaches Week to our amazing coaching staff! ❤️🥎
It’s incredible to look back at how far we’ve come. From select to the building of this rep program from the ground up, countless hours at the diamond, on the road and behind the scenes—and so many hours helping these girls grow both on and off the field.
As we head into our 5th season together, we wanted to take a moment to recognize the three people who have been there through it all.
Coach Rob — our fearless leader. The time, energy, and heart you put into this team is something we can never thank you enough for. You give so much of yourself to help these girls grow, develop, and become the best players and young women they can be. You truly care about each and every one of them. ❤️
Coach Ryan — our first base coach extraordinaire! 💪 You keep us accountable, push us to be better and always have our backs. And of course, nothing makes you happier than seeing us standing at first! 😂
Coach Melissa — our OG Queen Bee! 🐝❤️ Our hype woman and keeper of all things fun! You bring the energy to the dugout, always have something to make the girls smile and are constantly looking out for them. You make sure they know they are supported, appreciated, and cared for.
Three very different coaches, but one thing they all have in common — they care deeply about these girls and this team. ❤️
For five years, you have poured your time, energy, knowledge, patience and heart into these girls. You've taught them how to throw, hit, run, field and compete—but you've also taught them about teamwork, accountability, resilience, confidence, sportsmanship and how to pick each other up when things don't go their way.
The wins and medals are great, but the impact you have on these girls will last so much longer.
Thank you for the countless hours, the patience, the tough love, the laughs, the lessons and everything you do that most people never see.
We are incredibly lucky to have you three.
