Fun is Key to Physical Literacy at Funkey Kids! Developing children's fundamental movment skills Funky Kids provides professional programs for ages 1-12 .

Funkey Kids provides our professional programs to children at public and private schools, day care centres, recreation centres and public venues. Helping children develeop fundamental movement skills like running, jumping, throwing, catching, kicking, striking, Funkey Kids programs are taught by professional instructors who have a love of fitness and experience working with children in a recreational setting. Children enjoy each lesson which consists of a fun warm up song, followed by stretching positions and locomotion then main activity (i.e. balance beam, trampoline, ball skills, floor work etc.) which changes weekly. At the end of each class children are rewarded with a Funkey Kids hand stamp or sticker. Children leave Funkey Kids lessons feeling happy, confident and energized! Funkey Kids also offers progrms for PA Day, March Break and Summer Camps, Private Events, Birthday Parties, Festivals, and Fundraising Events..

Fun is Key to Physical Literacy at Funkey Kids! Our goal is to teach children the fundamental movement skills needed to participate in all kinds of physical activities! We offer professional, exciting programs for children ages 1-12 years old.

Funkey Kids provides our quality programming to children in schools, daycare centres and child care facilities. We also partner with local municipalities to offer our programs in a community centre near you!

Funkey Kids programming is taught by energetic instructors who share a love for fitness! Our instructors have experience working with children in various educational and recreational settings. Our creative and FUN lessons help children develop a wide range of fundamental movement skills, such as: running, jumping, throwing, catching, kicking and striking!

In each lesson, children will participate in movement songs, stretching positions, locomotion activities and a gross motor circuit with equipment that changes weekly (i.e. balance beam, trampoline, etc). Children will receive a Funkey Kids hand stamp or sticker at the end of each class! Children leave Funkey Kids lessons feeling happy, confident and energized!
