One of my favourite things about being self employed? ✨

Having the freedom to decide where I work and what my day looks like.

The other day, I left the clinic when I needed to. Dylan is out enjoying some time at the golf course, and I found the most beautiful, quiet patio to sit, work and enjoy the evening. 🤍

No office. No rushing. No asking for permission to leave.

Just the flexibility to get my work done while still being there for the people and moments that matter most.

And yes… I’ll happily take a work evening like this. 🤪☀️

This is exactly why I love being self-employed.

Sometimes the best reset is stepping away from the everyday and getting outside. 🏔️

A little while ago, I hiked Tent Ridge with a good friend. 11 km, a challenging climb, and hours surrounded by some of the most incredible mountain views.

The mountains have a way of bringing you back to the present moment. No emails, no to-do lists, no distractions, just fresh air, movement, and appreciating where you are.

📚 Back-to-school season is almost here, which means it's time to check if your child's shoes still fit!

Growing feet need the right support for all the walking, running, and playing they'll be doing this school year.

Here are a few quick tips when shopping for new shoes:
👟 Measure both feet before buying.
👟 Shop later in the day when feet are naturally a little larger.
👟 Leave about a thumb's width of space at the toe.
👟 Make sure the shoe bends at the ball of the foot—not in the middle.
👟 Let your child walk around in them before making a decision.

A properly fitting shoe can help keep little feet comfortable and supported all day long.
