This OG DHX 5.0 came in for service before a big bike trip!

Unfortunately due to to many miles a tilting IFP had cause a deep scratch in the IFP bore that would cause the IFP pressure to leak into the damper oil aerating it.

Trip days away and no parts available due to age, the bore was repaired with crazy glue (works perfect for these repairs, extremely oil resistant).

The shock lives again and the client can enjoy there cycling holiday on time!

Fork looks stunning and a evolution of a epic fork. No redisgn needed , kept what was good and made it better.

This is my own personal luftkappe that I am currently running in my own personal Fox 36. This took a fork that was a little hard to dial in for comfort and support and transformed it into a root eating machine with lots of support.

If you're looking to add some comfort to your fork with minimal set up I would have to say nothing really comes close!

Manitou Mezzer G1 worth a smashpot is a chunky trail eater!

Also the lighter weight of the mezzer offsets the coil weight!
