We realized we never did an introductory post for this special filly. CTC WATCH ME FLY (Polly) is out of our Dee Flip mare and sired by Ten Thirty ($420,195 in earnings)

Polly loves long naps and breakfast in bed. She is currently growing into herself and is absolutely stunning. We can’t wait till next year when it’s Polly’s turn to be started under saddle.

Cronkite Training Centre: Home of “Dee Flip”

Dee Flip was bred by Don Avila and George La Chine. He was then purchased by Fred Cronkite from Lethbridge AB as a yearling where he began his show career as an all-round stallion with earnings and points in western pleasure, halter, reining, stock horse (cow horse), cutting, Hunter Jumper, Halter, Barrel racing and Pole bending. This earned Dee countless championships/titles across multiple disciplines and associations (AQHA, NRHA, NCHA, etc.) Dee was truly the definition of versatility, excelling in any discipline he entered. Dee still holds many arena records in multiple disciplines in 2024, today.

DEE then went on to produce many performance horses as a breeding stallion while standing at Cronkite Training Centre, that went on to become top quality competitors in all events. Dee passed away at the age of 35 years old, still under the ownership of Fred Cronkite. The Cronkite family is very proud of the Dee Flip bloodline and is still producing his grand babies today.
