Why semi-private coaching is BETTER with Rage Fitness!

Most of our clients live or work in the Beltline or Downtown so we are within walking distance. No excuses!

We ask our participants what they want to work on at the beginning of the session a personalized the plan on-demand.

Our one client has a long Stampede day on the weekend so legs got moved to earlier in the week!

We challenge each participant according to their ability.

Another client had never tried using ankle weights to do inner thigh work so that’s what we did!

Sometimes things come up and we are flexible enough to reschedule your session on the fly!

The workouts are shared with others so your cost is more affordable.

The sense of community is greater in semi-private groups.

Our studio is private so no fighting for space even in the evenings unlike the big box gyms!
