PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique) Is a safe, proven method to help dancers develop strength, alignment, and technique. PBT develops muscle memory training, core strength and stability, and weight placement and alignment for dancers of all levels and progressions.

Dancers in Tumbling class will get the opportunity to work on high intensity skills. Drills are used to teach dancers safe foundations for high impact movements such as roundoff’s, aerials, layouts, handsprings, and more!

Acro(batics) 💙 is a combination of gymnastics type movements with dance musicality and vocabulary. Your dancer will safely progress their strength, flexibility, tricks, and social awareness in Acro class!

Boys dance too!! In this energetic, all-boys Hip Hop class, dancers will learn Hip Hop fundamentals and perform with freedom of movement. The boys will get to add their own personalities into their dance moves, and perform on stage at the end of the year!
