3, 20 minute periods

Varied tackling rules from full tackle to no tackle.

Flexible Commitment

Training/Fitness - once a week free drop-in bootcamp for fitness and skills to laugh and get fit, who needs treadmills. (Edmonton and Calgary)

Games - Once a month- playing each other - squads picked day of match - alternating between Calgary and Edmonton. Events to be posted on the page.

Our hope is that there is enough us retired or semi-retired ladies out there that would like to come together and play a little.
