Now that restrictions have been lifted it's all systems go for youth and adult hockey leagues! With fall leagues starting up in less than a month it's the perfect time to get your skates done.

Prices are as follows:
1 pair for $8
2 pairs for $15
3 pairs for $20
4 pairs and up - $7 per pair.
Same day turnarounds. Often within 30 minutes. Cash or e-transfer accepted.

Welcome to the South Calgary Skate Sharpening page (skatesharpen.ca). As a family of skaters we decided to invest in our own sharpener a few years back. We love the level of sharpening this machine provides - the exact same sharpen every single time. No more worrying about who is working at the skate shop or the places being to busy to provide quick turnaround, or even accept the skates, as we kept running into with Sportchek.

$8 per pair. Same day turnarounds from Mountain Park Drive in McKenzie Lake. Often within 30 minutes. Cash or e-transfer accepted.

We sharpen all hockey skates including goalie and figure skates.
We provide 1/2" sharpen (most people use this), 5/8", or 1/2" flat bottom V.
