Hey hey FatFitFunFitness Fam! So Mel and I are doing an 8 week challenge with clean eating, fat burning cardio and body strength building! I’m not gonna lie it’s been extremely hard being up so early and getting the cardio in first thing in the morning and then the workout and in the evening another round of cardio🤦🏼 I have never attempted something like this before and I am really feeling my age!😩 But I’m gonna keep pushing and listen to my body and rest when I need it. I don’t want to push so hard that I fail. Got to be smart and do this right. Is anyone else out there coming out of COVID trying some new workouts to lose that extra weight gain? Hey fitness fam, hope everyone is staying safe still as we come out of this crazy time. It has been really hard staying motivated through all this. I am so thankful for my family and the support we give each other to keep moving😆. I am finally starting to feel good, making better choices with food and being consistent 💪🏼 stay strong , stay healthy, fuel your soul with absolute positive energy and strength. Hey hey fatfitfunfitness fam it’s been a while since we last talked 😬
The seesters and I have been doing all sorts of fun family stuff these last few (cough) 6months. We have been working out going out hanging out and just chillin.
We all have a few set backs at times but the main thing is to keep moving and surround yourselves with positive and supportive peeps. Until next time❤️💋🎄 keep on keeping on lol

Another workout in the bag!! Getting back to a routine! Really enjoying the good energy levels and how I’m feeling! I just need to really start seeing some results! Some days it’s stressful but I know if I keep working and really continue to clean up my eating habits I know it will happen! Motivation/determination/Support that’s what I am using to keep me going! Thanks for reading my babble if u made it all the way through! Each and every single of you rock!! Keep on keeping on!!

Hey hey ya’ll!! I finally made it back the gym after a little hiatus! It felt so good to get back there and am looking forward to going again tmrw! I also played some Slo-pitch tonight and it was so much fun! I def look forward to playing every Thursday! Life has been busy and I need to get my fitness plan back on track! How’s your summer so far!?
I just got back from Calgary visiting my younger seester Lyndsay and her fam. It was a great trip! We had so much fun working out going to the Stampede. She took us to COP and we did some luging!
It’s so important to turn everything off and enjoy your family time and live in the moment as much as you can!
So I leave you with this......

Legs for days.....leg day yesterday! I’m wearing my fave leggings again just in another color!! Need to switch it up every so often! Haha got my sweet sweat band on and I was sweating up a storm and loved every minute of it!! I’m trying to decide on if I should go to the gym today or give my body a break.....To go or not to go that is the question. I’ve been working hard trying to cut out some fatty fatness on my back and my belly! I’ve been doing a lot better at eating cleaner....not clean enough but clean. Well off I go to do life! Peace out fitness lovelies!

Hey Fatfitfunfitness fam! It’s been a hot minute since you last heard from me!! Well I have not fallen from the face of the earth in my fitness journey and neither has Mel! Lol
We are both trying to get into a better consistent routine with our workouts and now I can say it’s going well! I am back in action😆💪🏼

Hey hey FATFITFUNFITNESS lovelies! I’ve been to the gym a few times over the last couple of weeks! I am trying to get this little bit of fattiness off! I’m watching what I eat for the most part....I’m doing the intermittent fasting thing and going for 10km walks 3 nights a week! It doesn’t seem like I am shedding much but I tried on my dress today for my SIL’s wedding and it was fitting perfectly in certain areas where it was fitting a little tighter a couple of weeks ago. I really need to work on my abs! I also bought some shorts today! I am looking forward to rocking them even with my legs not looking super toned! I am motivated and that is what is pushing me!! Hey hey hey FATFITFUN FAMJAM!!! I know I know it’s been a hot minute since I have posted anything! Welp....here goes nothing! I’ve been to the gym quite a bit over the last month and a bit. At least 3-4 times a week. Been doing some intermittent fasting and trying to eat healthy. It’s been hard cause it is SLUSHIE season! Haha I really need to focus and get to it as I have an important wedding to attend at the end of July and the dress I bought has an open back and well I really don’t want a flabby back!!! So I’ve really been working on my arms and my back. It’s getting there. I’ve really been motivating myself and finding motivation through a lot of you awesome followers out there! I’ve posted a mosh mash of my workouts. I know I’m basically wearing the exact same pants in every pic! They are hands down my all time favorite! Anyway enough of my blabber! Hope ya’ll have a fantastic night and an amazing weekend! Ta ta for now my loves!!

The best workout is with a sister or friend! Who agrees with me?
We got a good upper body pump in. Mel has a home gym and we did some supersets biceps, triceps and chest it was a gooder 😆
