The Perfect Season

It doesn't happen very often, but it did tonight. A perfect season. The Magrath Senior (13-15 years old) Little League team went a perfect 15-0 after winning it all tonight in the district championship against the Lethbridge Bulls.

Magrath jumped ahead 2-0 in the first inning and held the Bulls scoreless until the 5th inning. Heading into the final 7th inning Magrath was up 6-3. The Bulls scored two in their last at bat but were never able to force the game to extra innings, Magrath wins 6-5.

Devon Meyer went 2/4 with a double and scored two runs. Walker Neilson was 2/3 with two runs scored.

The win caps the perfect season under the direction of coach Neilson and coach Stevenson.
