16 students and 11 open division athletes competed this past week.

So proud of all who competed, volunteered and chose to come out to cheer on the kids. What a blessing to be apart of this group.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought at a price. So glorify God in your body."

We were grateful to have Leon Brown, who holds multiple records for bench press in his weight class, join us today to give us tips on the three lifts and encourage the students!
