I've come to the decision that I will be shutting down this FB page. It started as page for my blog, Glitter Diaries, then I switched it over to a page for my coaching business, so it has a lot of people following it with different interests. I would love to wipe the slate clean and invite all of you who still want to be kept up to date on what I'm doing to follow & like my new page Kelly Freeman Coaching! When your ideal client can see themselves in your content, that feeling you get from building a loyal community is as good as telling your child to stop running on the couch and them 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 listening (𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 🙌).⁣
⁣
But in order to get there and feel that feeling of accomplishment, here are the key factors you need to keep in mind when working on your content:⁣

📌 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭⁣
If you can't visualize who your ideal client/customer is, you don't know them well enough. What are they into? What does their day look like?⁣

📌 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬/𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐥𝐞𝐬⁣
What is driving them nuts that they don't have? What is keeping them up at night?⁣

📌 𝗪𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞/𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥⁣
Imagine being in their shoes - what do they wish they had right now? What are they dreaming of attaining?⁣

When they get their hands on your product or service, what will they begin to experience? How will they feel?⁣

It's 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥-𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 how much things can change when you start speaking to one person as opposed to everyone. ⁣

Many of us end up setting goals for the year that are within our comfort zone because we're afraid of failing at something much bigger. 😫⁣

But you 𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐃 to set those big, scary goals. 👀⁣

It's 𝐎𝐊𝐀𝐘 to feel scared and nervous. 😬⁣
⁣
Sit with that fear and acknowledge its presence. 😱⁣

Then start 𝘥𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 the damn thing‼️⁣
⁣
𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 is going to change unless you make that first move. 🙌⁣

Getting accountability and support is one of the 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘦𝘴𝘵 & 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵 ways to stay on top of your goals even when the new year hype begins to fade. 💖⁣

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐈 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟎.. 💼🎆⁣

If you started your business in 2020, I'm sure you can agree that this year was definitely 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 challenging! 😫⁣
⁣
I started really going for it in my business when I hired my first coach back in September and it has been quite a whirlwind experience since then with a lot of lessons learned along the way.. 👇⁣
⁣
1️⃣ 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲: Growth that you've never experienced before can feel really scary but it's a necessary part of building a business. ⁣
⁣
2️⃣ 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭: Business owners (whether you're new or seasoned) need coaches and mentors in order for our businesses to truly grow and become what we envision. ⁣
⁣
3️⃣ 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬: It's about how quickly you get back up from those failures and use them as lessons rather than signs to stop you from chasing your dreams.⁣

4️⃣ 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤: Patience & determination are absolutely a requirement as a business owner. You have to be in it for the long haul.⁣
⁣
There will 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 be constant challenges but what I commit to leaving behind in 2020 is letting 𝘧𝘦𝘢𝘳 hold me back from taking a chance and doing things that feel uncomfortable. ⁣
⁣
We 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 to get uncomfortable or else 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 will change. And that dream life we've held onto for so long will stay 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘢 𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮. So, let's make it happen, mamas!⁣

That business idea that's going to take you from where you are right now to where you want to be. ✨⁣

Starting your own business is like the beginning of something new and exciting.⁣
⁣
You start envisioning all of the possible business ventures you could pursue and how much they would affect your future and give you the life you've always wanted. 💖⁣

𝘉𝘶𝘵, 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘴? 🤷🏼‍♀️⁣

It took me 13 years to find out what my calling in business was..⁣
⁣
𝐀 𝐥𝐨𝐭 of trial and error and highs and lows had to happen to bring me to this time of clarity and deep connection to coaching other moms on finding their purpose and helping them create and build a business that lights them up and makes them feel like they're truly following what their heart has wanted for a long time. 😍💗⁣

What you need to do to get closer to realizing what your true calling is, is to do some 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 self reflecting.⁣
⁣
𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘴 𝘦𝘹𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶? 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘥𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨?⁣
⁣
Reflecting and writing everything down that pops into your head will help you start to connect those puzzle pieces together.⁣
⁣
Also reflecting on the type of work/life balance you envision is important to factor in as well.⁣ 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘯'𝘵 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘢 𝘧𝘦𝘸 𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘴? That's okay!⁣

A lot of us, myself included, are multi-passionate with multiple things we want to pursue. 🤹‍♀️⁣

But the trick is to focus on just 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 right now and go wild with it. ✨⁣

Then branch out later on when you've built a strong foundation in your business. You can go back to those other ideas with more experience and knowledge under your belt. 💗⁣

When you feel a strong connection, a sparkle light up inside for one of the ideas you've written down from all of the deep reflecting you've done, that is something you really need to take a chance on. 💖✨⁣

✍️ I like to start by planning out my strategy for achieving these goals by quarter. If you plan more than 3-4 months ahead, you 𝘮𝘢𝘺 find some things changing on your calendar as you go along, so I like to stick with focusing on one quarter at a time. 📆⁣⁣⁣

💗 Lastly, celebrating your wins (even if it is just you being consistent and showing up often) is so important! A great way to celebrate and treat yourself is by prioritizing self-care because 𝐘𝐎𝐔 deserve it mama! 💖⁣⁣⁣
