Time for another day of refresh and restoration!!!

There is one spot left in this workshop! The winter months can be a huge struggle for a lot of us, me included. This day will be focusing on reframing some of the things we have come to see as burnout, when they may just be events helping you see that it is time to transition to a new season. And how fitting that it comes a few weeks before spring. 😘
