More important than medals, wins, and losses, competition is a platform to test your technique and strategy under pressure. It forces you to face adversity and, most importantly, yourself.
With most of his previous competition experience being in the gi, Ben has been working hard in preparation for his first ADCC competition, focusing on scrimmaging, wrestling, and developing a strategy specific to this ruleset.

All that hard work paid off, as he went 3–1 against some very skilled opponents, showcasing his progress, overcoming challenges, and putting himself to the test throughout the day.
Even though competition is an individual sport, the results are always a team effort. Our team is incredibly grateful to everyone who consistently shows up, puts in the work, and supports our competitors along the way.

Proud of the work, the progress, and the team behind it all.

"How has BJJ impacted your life?"

We asked the guys at the gym. Here's what they said.

It's the one thing you can't fake your way through. You show up, you get tapped, you get better. There's no ego that survives a good roll, but there's no isolation either, someone's always there pushing you forward with you.

It builds the kind of connection you don't find much anymore. Real friendships, forged through work. Perseverance you can't fake, adaptation you can't skip.

And somewhere in there, you learn something bigger than the mats. That you can get put in a bad spot, stay calm, and find your way out. That kind of confidence doesn't stay in the gym. It shows up when work gets hard, when life gets heavy, when you need to keep your head.

BJJ doesn't just make you tougher. It makes you someone who knows he can handle it.
