It's the one thing you can't fake your way through. You show up, you get tapped, you get better. There's no ego that survives a good roll, but there's no isolation either, someone's always there pushing you forward with you.

It builds the kind of connection you don't find much anymore. Real friendships, forged through work. Perseverance you can't fake, adaptation you can't skip.

And somewhere in there, you learn something bigger than the mats. That you can get put in a bad spot, stay calm, and find your way out. That kind of confidence doesn't stay in the gym. It shows up when work gets hard, when life gets heavy, when you need to keep your head.

Little Warriors is here. A brand new BJJ program for ages 3-5, built to get kids moving, meeting friends, and having fun while they build the structure and character that stick with them for life.

Classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:00-5:30pm, starting September 15.

Good Friday we had a special Family Jiu Jitsu Jam. Parents and kids came together to roll together. We had so much fun and finished class with Match in the Middle.
