played a really nice course in the Orlando area yesterday; . Rental club prices are a real killer these days though. Buy I hadn't planned on playing golf and it was a chance outing with a co-worker of my wife. Otherwise I would have had my own clubs with me. Regardless it was a great outing and I'd like to play it again sometime

Have missed posting for a couple of weeks, but continuing my review of courses played by state.
Today I look back at Indiana, which I played just last fall (September 2018)
Glendarin Hills Golf Club, Angola, Indiana.
Great track, friendly staff and one of my favourite courses played!

Alphabetical recap of 50 states played continues today with a look at Illinois.
I had left home near Ottawa, Ontario and driven through the night, having a couple of naps in my car along the way. I was eventually heading to Colorado to meet up with Maria and then on to Arizona for a week with the McCuans. When I saw the sign for "Ottawa" Illinois, I knew I just had to play there.
So September 24th, 2015 I stopped to play at Dayton Ridge Golf Club/Clubhouse Pub and Grille, right beside the very busy Interstate 80.
