In the past 6 years I earned my Honours Bachelor of Science with a major in Food Science and Nutrition, completed a nutrition course with canfitpro, and earned the title of NASM-CPT.
5g of fiber & 10g of protein per two slices of ezekiel bread means a half can of tuna is almost 30g protein in this grilled cheese & tuna.
I've mentioned grilled cheese & tuna to people in the past & they said it was gross but I truly believe it's because they had to put an entire can to get enough protein!
Paired with steamed broccoli for micronutrients (reminder not to boil your green veggies as the vitamins are water soluble) & voila!
I've been able to find it in the freezer at independent, walmart & freshco. It's lacking preservatives so I freeze it until i'm ready to use it & then pop it for a couple min in the toaster before I'm ready to use it π
