Allow me to preface this story... it was windy yesterday--we really had no business being out there. The lake was almost completely white capped. The wind was blowing hard enough to whip the waves up, hit the bow of the boat and to splash with enough force that the wind was able to carry the water far enough to hit me in the face. It was WINDY! I've been out in similar conditions before. It's not fun. The boat gets pushed around and it's hard to pick a heading and track true to it. Impossible sometimes. The P3 rudder though, changed this. I thought with the increased surface area it was going to be an improvement over stock and was it ever. It exceeded what I hoped it would do.
