Attention Crusader Coaches and Managers! 📢

This is a mandatory reminder for all B League team leaders regarding our upcoming kickoff meeting. Every team must have at least one representative in attendance.

🗓️ Date: Sunday, October 4th, 2026
📍 Location: Ray Friel Recreation Complex – Rendezvous (Hall D)

⏰ Schedule by Division:
• U10–U12: 9:30 AM
• U13–U15: 12:00 PM (Noon)
• U16–U18: 2:00 PM

A huge thank you to all the players, parents, and families who have registered with West Carleton Minor Hockey Association for the upcoming season! Our hockey community is stronger than ever, and we couldn't do this without your incredible support.

As we gear up to hit the ice, we want to wish the absolute best of luck to all our players entering tryouts and sort-outs over the coming days and weeks ahead. Work hard, support your teammates, and give it your all! ⚡️

9:00 PM EST: Crusader Tryout Registration Closes (U18 remains open) ⚔️

Midnight (11:59 PM): General Registration Closes for ALL Levels (excluding U21) 🥅

Time is running out to join the West Carleton Minor Hockey Association family for the upcoming season! Registration for most divisions officially closes at midnight on August 31st.

If you haven't secured your spot yet, don't wait:

Limited Spots Remaining: Spaces are filling up fast across multiple age groups.

Waitlists Active: Several divisions are already at capacity and moving to waitlists!

U21 Exception: U21 registration will remain open a bit longer due to a later season start date.

🏒 Crusaders Tryouts: Jersey Pick-Up & Meet the Coach!

Make your first ice session stress-free! We're hosting a pre-tryout night for all players and parents to grab their tryout jersey and chat with the coach before hitting the rink.

🗓 Date: Wednesday, September 2nd

⏰ Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

📍 Location: Huntley Community "Mess Hall" (2240 Craig's Side Road)

Our move to new website and email platforms has officially started.

Throughout today, you may experience some temporary disruptions while we complete the transition.

🚨 FINAL CALL: CRUSADERS TRYOUT REGISTRATION CLOSES AUG 31! 🚨

Still on the fence about trying out? Now is the time to decide!

Crusader tryout registration officially closes for all levels (except U18) at 9:00 PM on Monday, August 31st.

U18 will remain open due to players that are trying out at higher levels (Junior, AAA & AA)

Registration is closing at 9 PM sharp so our level coordinators can finalize tryout paperwork for our coaches and prepare for Jersey Pick-Up on Wednesday, September 2nd.
