WHAT ARE YOU GRATEFUL FOR?
It is so important to foster a heart of GRATITUDE. When you are truly grateful, you can't be negative. It's one or the other. It shuts it down! That is the power of Gratitude!

Tell me below, what you are GRATEFUL for today. Before you start to type - FEEL IT! Let every emotion overtake you - how good it makes you feel, the warmth it brings to your heart, the surprise you feel when you realize of how much you have changed. Notice the shift that occurs in your mind, attitude, feelings, body. Did you start to smile? Did your heart melt? Did it evoke tears of Joy?

When you feel the SHIFT, then write what you are grateful for below. And remember that feeling that it will be an anchor to refer back to whenever you're tempted to sit in negativity, or throw yourself a "pity party", or try to dwell there too long.

I wish each of you a restful, peaceful and enjoyable Thanksgiving weekend. May the Lord bless you, your family and friends, and your community.🙏🏾
