Oh, quelle belle et agréable journée nous avons passée samedi. Le temps était un peu frais, mais nous sommes restés au chaud grâce au feu et au chocolat chaud. Il y a eu beaucoup de rires, autant sur la surface de jeu que du côté des spectateurs.
Merci à toutes les personnes qui sont venues jouer et nous encourager, et un merci tout particulier à celles et ceux qui ont aidé à l’organisation, à l’installation et au nettoyage. Un immense merci également à tous ceux qui ont fait des dons de nourriture et d’argent à des œuvres de charité — nous avons définitivement reçu plus de dons que prévu.

**Faits saillants de la journée**

1. La légère neige tout au long de la journée était parfaite pour une journée de hockey de rue.

2. Le retour de l’ancien président et joueur de calibre « B », Dan Goedike qui a marqué le but en or et remporté le trophée pour son équipe.

3. La nouvelle version du tirage 50/50, remportée par Nick Regis, qui est actuellement tenu à l’écart au jour le jour en raison d’une blessure au haut du corps.

Oh what a beautiful and fun day we had on Saturday, the weather was a bit chilly but we kept warm by the fire and with hot cocoa, there were many laughs from the playing surface as well as from the spectators.
Thank you to everyone who came out to play and cheer us on and especially to all of you who helped organize, setup and cleanup. A huge thank you to everyone who donated food and money to charity we definitely received more donations than we thought.

Highlights of the day

1: The light snow all day was perfect for a day of street hockey

2. The return of former President and “B” play Dan who scored the golden goal and won the trophy for his team.

3. The new version of the 50/50 draw which was won by Nick Regis who is currently Out day to day with an upper body injury.

La CBHL organisera un match pour la saison des Fêtes le samedi 13 décembre. Nous demandons à ceux qui viennent jouer ou regarder d’apporter un ou des aliments non périssables que nous offrirons à des familles dans le besoin.

Comme d’habitude, il y aura de la nourriture et des boissons en vente, ainsi que du chocolat chaud gratuit pour les enfants.

Où : Derrière l’église au 160, rue Martel
Quand : Samedi 13 décembre
Heure : De 10 h à 13 h

Nous jouerons peu importe la météo, et nous espérons avoir une belle couche de neige d’ici là. Il y aura du plaisir pour toute la famille, peu importe l’âge, alors venez jouer ou regarder.

Restez jusqu’à la fin pour les prix et un concours d’habiletés.

Nous avons hâte de célébrer la saison des Fêtes avec tout le monde !

The CBHL will be hosting a Holiday Season game on Saturday December 13th, we are asking those who come to play or watch to bring non perishable food item(s) that we will be donating to families in need.

As usual there will be food and drinks for sale and free hot chocolate for the kids.

Where: Behind the church at 160 rue Martel
When: Saturday December 13th
Time: 10:00am to 1:00pm

We will play regardless of the weather and we are hoping for a nice layer of snow by then, there is fun to be had for the whole family regardless of age so come out to play and or watch.

Stay to the end for prizes and a skills competition.

Can’t wait to celebrate the holiday season with everyone.
