What a great weekend at the Vedder Mountain Challenge!!
It’s so inspiring to witness people struggle with purpose.
It’s so cool to see all the moving parts and volunteers that make these races happen.
ran a seamless event that was such FUN was running around the trails snapping pics and watching her hustle and get these images was really impressive 💜
Congrats to all the runners, bikers and paddle boarders - You all did something really hard!! Thanks to the other volunteers and coordinators that make it easy to say yes to the fun💜
My son was like “why would you spend all weekend doing this without getting anything?”
What a great space to show him that some things returned you can’t hold in your hand, But my heart and spirit are so so full.

Cultivating real sisterhood has shifted everything.
The safer I feel within, the more my inner circle feels safe and supportive and spacious…the more JOY I am having in partnering with women in my business.
It’s easier to delegate without over explaining, and what I’m really learning is that when you partner with people you truly align with…the trust and capacity is so much greater.
We know our roles
We pick up on what’s not being said
We are so intuitive within containers with each other
We care about the details.
SOS-summer of sisterhood is about being courageous in the mystery of possibilities. In stepping into an environment to discover more about yourself, others and all that weaves us together so beautifully.
It’s also a chance to raise the voices of those I love and see, to showcase talents and business and women through this brand and community I’ve been honoured to grow.
It’s for you yes, but it a deep way, it’s also for me. And it has nothing to do with money.
You beautiful souls have raised my standards in love and life. You’ve added such rich vibrancy to my being
