Self-Protection and martial arts school with age specific martial arts programs (HEET) for preschoolers, children, teens and adults. Our programs develop self-defense, confidence, self-discipline, self-esteem, respect, and fitness. Our children programs also include child abduction prevention techniques.
Our upcoming class for 3-4 year olds is sold out. As such we will be adding a class to the schedule. If your young one is at home 🏠 during the morning we are adding a Tuesday 9AM class. Contact us to book an appointment. Classes begin April 7th

The goal of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class is to help adults, men and women, gain the confidence they have been looking for. Our program is designed to help you learn, not just throw you into the mix. We use a building blocks approach to learning to ensure comfort and success.

What a great day of testing for our 3-4 and 5-6 year olds.

Here is a quick snapshot of our Foundation Program for Teens and Adults. This is where you will learn the required basics to start your journey in martial arts.
Our Pre HEET (3-4) and Raw HEET (5-6) programs are extremely popular programs. We are now booking appointments for classes starting in April.

Today was our 3-4 and 5-6 year old classes. We worked on blocking and catching and fitness and coordination. Our team of teenage assistants are simply awesome
Chilliwack families, thank you for the amazing support and trust you have in our program.
Currently we are in a position that we need to put a waiting list in place for our 7-9 year old classes. Both beginner classes are / or will be at capacity in the next few days.
It is important that we have manageable class sizes to ensure our students get the attention, care and coaching they deserve.
