New to Pilates but can’t commit to a four-week Introduction to Pilates Series? For the months of July and August we are offering single-session beginners classes!

This class will touch on the Fundamentals of Pilates, as well as allow you to sample the apparatus. It is suitable for anyone new to Pilates who plans to join a group class.
