Proud of every single person in these photos. 🖤
Some ran, some walked, some questioned their life choices halfway through, but everyone crossed that finish line.
I’d call that a successful Saturday. 🫧🏃🏻♂️

With little to no training, we signed up and completed the Vancouver Sun Run yesterday, alongside 55,000 other people. ☀️🏃
It was all of our first time running a 10K, and the girls’ goal was just to finish under 2 hours. We ended up beating that and came in under 1.5. While Nick ended up completing it in and around 1h 🏆!
Honestly, it was just a really fun day doing something new together, and a good reminder that you don’t have to feel fully “ready” to try something like this.
If you’ve been thinking about signing up for something like this, this year, take this as your sign! 🫡👏

Same bench. Same spot. A year apart.
This is what happens when you’re in The Gains Club.
Most people quit before this point
so they never see what they’re capable of..
She didn’t…
25s → 45s and confidence to match 💪🏻

Most women are scared to lift heavy because they think they’ll get bulky.
Meanwhile, that “toned”, confident look they actually want comes from building muscle and pushing themselves.
Lifting heavy isn’t what makes you bulky. It’s what makes you feel strong, capable, and way more confident in the gym.
If you feel like you’ve been doing that already and nothing is really changing, it’s probably your approach.
Message me “STRONG” if you want a plan that actually works for you and your body so you can start seeing and feeling, real results.

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: .cleghorn 🤭🤯🫡
I met Emma in New Brunswick at the end of 2024. We trained together in person for about 2 months before I moved back to BC… but our journey didn’t stop there.
We kept going with online coaching — and Emma continued to show up week after week.
What stood out most wasn’t just the workouts. It was the effort she put in outside the gym.
On road trips she’d message me asking things like “what are the best snacks to bring so I can stay on track?”
On long travel days she still made time to move — whether that meant a quick workout, a walk, or just stretching when her body needed it.
No perfection.
Just consistent effort.
And because of that?
Emma lost over 70 lbs in 12 months. 🤯
Not through extremes.
Not through cutting everything out.
Just small habits done consistently, over and over again.
If you’re someone who feels like:
• you travel too much
• life is too busy
• you can’t stay consistent
Emma is proof that it’s still possible.
Proud of you Em 🫡
