so obtained the ISO 13485:2003 certificate and started manufacturing our own brand name rigid endoscopy equipment. We are currently expanding our product line and offerings to our customers at an exceptional quality level while maintaining cost effective measures. We are fully equipped and certified to service all makes and models of flexible endoscopes. All services are performed on site using certified quality parts at a significantly fast turn-around time. Most repairs take between 2 - 5 business days upon approval. We have an extensive loaner pool at our disposal to have our customers up and running quickly. Also, we started manufacturing our own brand name supplies (Disposable Biopsy forceps, Disposable Endoscopic cleaning brushes,Hot Polypectomy snares, injection needles, extraction baskets, etc...) We provide free same day estimates as well. For our new customers, we provide a free on-site evaluation for all equipment and provide preventative maintenance to extend the life of the equipment while reducing cost.
