BE THE CHANGE with this Zumba Plus event! There are 2 goals to this event, one is to raise money for mental health promotion initiatives of the (C.M.H.A.) and the other is to raise awareness about mental health and to "Be the Change" while having fun. Wow! Hard to believe the event we've been planning for the last 6 months is over! So many people to thank for the success of this fundraiser including Bridgewood for the space, our family and friends, the Paint Nite crew, all the services, vendors, the public and all of the food/drinks donated from local businesses!
Thanks to all of you we have raised a grand total of $2,068 for our local Canadian Mental Health Association! This is our best year to date since 2014!
We will draw for the prizes tomorrow and will announce them on here and give them a call!

Service: Please welcome Erin from Arbonne for the first time this year doing makeup! She will be teaching people how to create a clean and natural and EASY day look that they recreate at home in minutes! All participants will also receive their own travel size mascara to take home with them after their session. She will be taking three appointments every 15 minutes from 5-6:45pm! Service: For the first time this year, Carol Grant Productions will be joining us taking photo appointments from 4:45pm-6:45pm on Friday for a donation of $5 (1 coupon).
