I just want to give a big shout out to Kid's Korner for donating toys and to The Kovinich Real Estate Group Re/Max Affiliates Marquis for donating gift cards towards our "Families in Need Christmas Giveaway".

Every year for 12 years, A Lil' Pole Fitness has been doing the best they can to donate a toy (age appropriate) to each child in a family and a gift card for food to the parent(s).👨‍👩‍👦👩‍👦👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👦

When opening up the studio, 12 years ago, I made a promise to always give back to the Community. I grew up in this Community, my kids are growing up in this Community..we want to take care of this Community. It's also a tradition my boys have taken on when they dress up to help deliver these to families. 🥰

Our team truly appreciates all the support and help! Each year our numbers increase that are reaching out for help.

We have started early this year as all our spare time gets devoted to this cause in the winter. If you, your business or company, would like to help us in this by donating, please contact me directly! We can also pick up! 🥰

THIS WEEK!! 🗓 Happy to Announce that A Lil' Pole Fitness' coach Sammy Jones will be holding an Intro to Pole 6 weeks series beginning August 18th at our Cornwall location and coach Courtney will be holding a Beginner 6 weeks Silks Series in LONG SAULT Raw Fit & Wellness

Both Series are 6pm and 7pm classes!! Register now 🖊

Total Cost for a 6 weeks series is 129$
