Why do we do what we do! As a practioner of many modalities, I can say personally that I offer what feels present in my soul. I never force or try to pretend ( fake it till you make it) and always listen to my intuition. Let me know your whys!! Why do you practice yoga, meditate, eat healthy!!

Freedom in Rest starts at 7 pm. Come find stillness and calm in tonights Restorative Class followed by a short Sound Bath.

In case you were wondering, our studio offers hourly rental for anyone wanting to create a circle, host a class, or just be in a quiet space!! Message me to discuss use of the studio! :)

My why has always been about building community and helping others find their people! Sometimes when I can't see the vision I come to this page and read the beautiful reviews. Link to sign up for our classes! Memberships are on website as well. Kids classes are not included in membership packages right now but can be in October. I have also added a lower rate for senior classes Tuesday and Thursday. If you're finding it hard to get to a class, shoot me a message and we can discuss together how to make this more accessible. Can't wait to flow with you all, one more month, in our home studio.
