What Makes SDBA Special 🏀

We're proud of what South Delta Basketball offers our community - real weekly games for our House League teams, a coaching program getting fresh energy this fall under new Technical Director Gabe Gibbs, and a clear pathway for athletes at every stage, from their first skills development session all the way to our Elite Teams.

It's that time of year again - South Delta Basketball Association is holding free tryouts for our Boys Elite Teams. Here's the full schedule:

A quick reminder: our Elite Team program runs separately from our Community House League program. Elite teams practice twice a week and play 2 exhibition games and/or compete in ~ one tournament or BCCBA League weekend per month. Fees are $385/month.

We're also excited to announce that Gabe Gibbs is joining SDBA this fall! He'll be working closely with both our Elite and House programs, as well as our coaching staff — check out his full bio in our news release.

As South Delta's only not-for-profit basketball league, your registration fees stay in the community - funding coaching, equipment, and gym time, not profit.

SDBA is thrilled to welcome Gabriel "Gabe" Gibbs as our new Technical Director! 🙌

Coach Gabe is a former NCAA and professional basketball player, founder of G2 Athletics, and a pro skills coach who's worked with NBA All-Stars. He'll be leading SDBA's player development, technical curriculum, and coaching standards — bringing pro-level experience and a real commitment to our community.
