Yoga at Jarvis Elementary, Delta, BC, Canada - A Wonderful Experience!
A big thank you to Jarvis Traditional Elementary School administration and the PAC for giving the opportunity to conduct a fun and engaging yoga session for kids and their parents!
The enthusiasm and energy in the room were truly inspiring. Yoga is not just about body flexibility - it also helps children develop better focus, deeper concentration, and mindful breathing techniques that support their overall well-being. Seeing families come together to practice and enjoy the session was heartwarming.
