We are a martial arts club in Dryden, Ontario where we try to keep with Tatsuo Shimabuku's original teachings. Our goal is to keep the purest form of Isshin-ryu Karate.

We are having a free draw for this amazing kicking/punching bag. It stands 4 feet in height and extends to 6 feet. To ensure parents are good with this I will need you to submit your child's name to me for the draw if intetested. Draw to be done in class on Tuesday, October 9. We can make arrangements for delivery of necessary.

[08/21/18]   Just a reminder that if a Senior belt is not at karate a parent needs to stay with their child while they work out. Also, this week is the last week of the summer program. Fall program starts on September 11, 2018.

[06/25/18]   Reminder that our summer program begins this Wednesday, June 27 from 7:00 - 8:30 at the Dryden Pool and fitness centre upstairs in the activity room. All senior students are encourage to attend. Payment can be made at the first class.

[06/14/18]   Happy Thursday: reminder tonight is our last regular karate night. Class will be from 7-8 only. Summer program starts on Wednesday, June 27th from 7-8:30 at the fitness center for senior students only. Please bring forms and payment tonight. We strongly recommend senior students attend in the summer. Also, please let me know your intentions for our fall classes.

[05/29/18]   Tonight I will be handing out our summer program information to our senior students. We highly recommend that all invited participate. The cost is minimal and student need not to worry about attending all classes as we realize summer is short and we all holiday time. Those who participate your attendance will be added to your next belt level.

We are finding our students are taking too much time to put on their cup support. We recommend they use something like this so the cup can be put in, in a minimal amount of time or left in. I can get these through Century for a cost of $25. Sizes are child's small and large and adult small, medium and large. Supports are required for every class.
