Hi everyone, just a quick summary of the two upcoming Yin Yoga classes coming to Edgerton:
The two classes will start on Wednesday, September 30th at 7:00 pm. Thursday, October 1st at 10:00 am.
The cost will be $90 for the six week class. Preregistration is required. Prior to the classes starting, more information will be emailed to those that have registered. Join our fall Yoga Classes!!! Yoga classes will start in Edgerton on September 30/October 1. I will be offering two six-week Yin Yoga sessions: Wednesdays at 7:00 pm and Thursdays at 10:00 am. Preregistration is required. The classes will focus on stretching, flexibility, balance, and core strength. The Wednesday night yoga class has successfully concluded. What a delightful group of participants. Hard to believe it’s over already. I'm eager to lead yoga sessions again in the fall.

I am pleased to announce that yoga classes begin this week in Edgerton. Thank you to all who have signed up. With the arrival of spring, many are looking to incorporate more movement into their routine, making this the perfect opportunity to practice yoga. The evening class has reached capacity, but there are a few spots remaining in the morning class. If you would like to join the morning class, please send me a Facebook message. There is still time to register.

I am delighted to announce the upcoming yoga classes in Edgerton, commencing the week of April 20th. I am currently exploring scheduling options, including Wednesday or Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm, and Thursday mornings at 10:00 am. All classes will run for six weeks, and the fee is $80.00. If you would like to sign up or have any inquiries, please message me on this page.
