Work Smarter NOT Harder.
Who wants to look and feel their best for summer but also LEARN THE SECRET TO MAINTAIN - Comment "me"
I've posted before about this client but let me tell you a secret.
He came to me awhile back, just doing the "whatever" method .. lots of different programs, diets etc etc. Did he get results ?? Yes ...but they were all over sadly.
I had the chance to meet this client in person the other day, the best thing a client can say to a coach
"Mark, i've never felt and looked so good for my goals"
This made me smile and sets my mission on more fire.

Last years accomplishments DO NOT equate to personal value,

If you lost 10lbs and your goal was 30lb, Be proud you lost 10lbs not gain 10lbs. Small steps is ok

You are NOT a machine, there will be ups and downs and thats ok :) Have grace with yourself.

I know what you're thinking.. WHAT ?!?! How is this possible ?
Well let me share....
If youโve ever done โDiet Planโโ or a cookie cut program they all share the same thing
Eat less , move more, donโt eat___ , donโt eat ____ โฆ. Doesnโt sound fun does it?
NOT AT ALL! But don't worry there's hope.
This past week my clients were able to enjoy the Christmas and New Years holidays, and will still be on pace for their fitness gaols!
How so??
Really understanding the following.

How to eat to their body type and genetic

How to eat for goals,

How to eat for the lifestyle and things they enjoy.
Each client I used a fully customized and Genetic Base approach just like I do for myself to drop fat and build muscle.

fitness journey we think we need to watch every little thing
We put in our mouth............ Do we ??

New Mindset:
I teach my clients and apply to myself to still burn Fat, Gain muscle, and ENJOY the holidays:

My value is more than a piece of cake
โ
I DO NOT have to โearnโ my food
โ
One, two, three days in a year WONT RUIN my consistent work of the year or months

I can still laugh and enjoy that piece of cake, maybe even a second slice
โ
weight may go up a bit (mostly all water) and thatโs ok
โ
I committed to be better over all, not just short term results.
Last night I applied this all:
I had 2 pieces of cake, and some other delicious foods. Did I count that calories????
NO!! Did I fell shame..โฆNO โฆ. Will I let this stop me from hit my goals??....โฆNO
