What I do when I wait for clients💪🔥😂. I try anything I think is challenging.

Golden Strength Fitness
Hi, my name is Shandy. Welcome to my journey.
This is my transformation and progress post.
If you know me, you know I love fitness and being physically active. I have been active my whole life.
Like anyone though, I have had my ups and downs. In the past few years, I made the biggest changes in my life, my appearance, and my physical capabilities.
Reaching as high as 215lbs and as low as 168lbs. My body's metabolism has adapted to my new way of life. I have been able to maintain my new body but still continue to grow physically and mentally.
I am 25-30lbs lighter than I was, but more leaner and stronger than ever.
I currently weigh about 180lbs, but I consistently fluctuate every week. I usually stay between 180lbs - 195lbs.
💥And before anyone asks. NO I did not do any crazy diets or take crazy supplements. I simply went on a calorie deficit to start and began lifting heavier and heavier with more structure in my training. Then I began to eat more to fuel my body.
💥One major thing is that my steps per day increased a lot more. I try to aim for a minimum of 10k per day.
💥I did increase my water intake drastically, and I try to eat more protein. I believe having a balanced diet is the best way to live💪. Everyone shouldn't be restricted by foods they eat.
💥 The only supplements I do take is pre workout
and protein power.
💥 I am nowhere near the biggest or strongest guy, but I am very proud of how far I have come.

This was my first strongman competition, and I could not have been happier with the results 💪.
I worked extremely hard for this. I pushed my body to the limits during training and competing.
There were a lot of amazing competitors, and I can not wait to compete with them again 🔥.

for putting on an amazing event!!!
💥 Event 1: Overhead Medley.
➡️ Finished around 17 secs 🥇.
💥 Event 2: Yolk Walk to Keg Load.
➡️ Finished 18.87 secs 🥇.
💥 Event 3: Deadlift for reps.
➡️ 22 reps at 315lbs in 60 seconds🥇.
💥 Event 4: Sandbag toss.
➡️ 40lbs x3, Total distance unsure 🥈.
💥 Event 4: Sandbag to shoulder.
➡️ 150lbs, 10 reps in 60 seconds 🥇.
Standings Over All For Novice Men. First Place 🥇🥳.

Need help increasing your vertical ❓️
There are many exercises that can be performed to help increase your vertical.
These are some of the main ones I do regularly to get those bunny hops🐰.
I love playing volleyball and have continued to play for years now. Through incorporating these exercises into my routine, I have found my vertical to drastically increase💪.
