🧠 ALBERTA CONCUSSION AWARENESS DAY 🧠

Today, Rugby Alberta recognizes Alberta Concussion Awareness Day.

Concussions can happen to anyone, anywhere, at any time. In rugby, recognizing symptoms, responding appropriately, and following a proper return-to-sport process are essential to protecting the health of our players.

Coaches, athletes, parents, officials, and supporters all have a role to play. Learn how to recognize and respond at sportmedab.ca/aca
