Working through anterior flexion paired with hip hinge is a killer and covers so many functional variations in our everyday movements. Make sure the arm is straight on the glider pike/your hips are square on the hinge and enjoy the burn.

Swedish Bar Prone Ext.
Swedish bars are a must have if atall possible to keep you 100% percent honest in many flexion extension exercises. The rungs force a near perfect form and allow me to focus solely on spine and pelvic alignment. If you don't have access to bars this can be done with a box and chin up bar. Give them a try and watch your active extension ROM flourish.

LOCK OUT KNEE INS
The main focus of Stiff arm exercises is to build bulletproof connective tissue and prevents major injuries by giving strength to joint end ranges. Adding core gives you a whole body approach and makes this one a killer to anyone's program.
FORM TIPS
-Focus on keeping elbow joints locked.
-Dont allow scapula to collapse keep protraction through motion.
-Start with a width you can manage for high reps! Connective tissue needs long stimulus.
-Feel extension of lumbar when legs are straight and allow for maximal flexion during knee ins.

INT. EXT. LUNGE
We are rotational beings!!!! To the naked eye it may seem something like a lunge is a linear motion but beneath the surface your joints are engaging in rotation to create workspace for one another. Ergo train your rotation folks! This is a beautiful exercise to warm up that knee joint and make it bulletproof. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
