☀️ Spring & Summer League Reminders 🥏
As we head into a new season, here are a few quick safety reminders to keep games fun and safe for everyone:

⛈️ Weather Policy
Stormy skies or questionable fields? Stay tuned!
Game cancellations are announced in advance
Games may be cancelled due to field closures or unsafe conditions (lightning, flooding, poor visibility)
⚠️ At the field: follow the 30/30 lightning rule and stop play if conditions become unsafe

🌫️ Air Quality Policy
Your health matters!
Games are cancelled if AQHI+ reaches 7 or higher
⚠️ If air quality worsens during play, captains can pause the game (up to 45 minutes total before cancellation)

Updated Policy for Youth Players in Adult Programs! 🚨

If you’re under 18 and want to join an adult EUPA program or league, there’s now a clear exception process to make it happen!

Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Complete the interest form (player or parent/guardian).
2️⃣ Your submission is reviewed by the Program Coordinator & Youth Committee (coach recommendation encouraged!).
3️⃣ We may follow up for questions or clarification.
4️⃣ Decision provided to the guardian or player within 2–3 business days.

This process ensures under-aged players can safely and fairly participate while supporting their growth in the sport 🥏💪
