Thank you, MP4U, for the awesome meals !! I've tried 2 of them so far they are delicious and nutritious, highly recommend (meal prep 4 you) to anyone! Lots of selection for meals and affordable.
Especially for anyone who has little time to cook, it's a great resource to keep you on track for your nutrition.
BIG shoutout to Cam ! For the past 6 weeks, he's been crushing his workouts. He never missed a single one! Cam has done an amazing job learning all the different movement patterns and has seen great progress for just starting his fitness journey!
He was a little nervous starting up as most people are in a new environment, but Cam has quickly turned that around to now loving his time there !
