The tanto point is the strongest tip you can put on a knife: steel stacked directly behind the point, so it pierces, pries, and scrapes where a normal tip snaps off. We forged it in San Mai Damascus — a rust-proof VG10 core at 59–61 HRC clad in pattern-welded steel — so the blade is as tough as the tip.
The handle is real pine cone stabilized in resin with a copper skull pin, and it ships in a skull-tooled Italian leather sheath with a removable belt loop, set up for horizontal or vertical carry. It's the camp and everyday workhorse that takes the rough jobs so your skinner stays sharp.

A handmade stainless Damascus hunting knife built to be carried, not babied. The blade is forged from VG10 and 15N20, so you get the full Damascus pattern with rust resistance that carbon blades can't match, hardened to 59–61 HRC. The handle is real black pine cone, stabilized and shaped by hand, finished with a maple leaf pin.
