We’re pumped to have survived our first early morning training session at the CSCA High Performance Centre on UNB campus!

By improving our strength, conditioning, and overall fitness off the ice, we’re aiming to take our on-ice performances to the next level.

If it’s true that you learn more from losing than winning, we sure did a LOT of learning this weekend!

Congratulations to Nova Scotia teams Powers/Saunders and Myketyn-Driscoll/McEachren who reached the semi-finals and beyond! Very impressive showing in such a deep field, which demonstrates the strength of Atlantic Canadian teams.

Thank you to organizer Wayne Tuck, as well as the numerous volunteers at the CFB Halifax Curling Club whose tireless work made this event possible.
