🚀 Muffins 2 Missiles is officially underway! 🚀
Eight athletes took part in the inaugural Muffins 2 Missiles Dryland Shooting Clinic this week.
Coaches Doug Grandy and Chris Barry led the group through a variety of shooting drills focused on proper hand positioning, body mechanics, and technique to help develop more accurate, powerful, and explosive shots.
The energy was outstanding, and the athletes put in some great work as they took the first steps toward turning their muffins into missiles!
Registration remains open, and there is still time to join us today at 4:45 PM at the Grant-Harvey Centre. Sessions continue twice weekly through July 2.
Secure your spot and start building a stronger, faster, and more dangerous shot!

A huge shoutout to Keith Shirley and Tobique First Nation for coming to the rescue of our U13 Rebels on their way home from Quebec City.
When the team bus experienced a suspension issue and broke down at the Perth Irving, they stepped up without hesitation to make sure our players and families had the help they needed.
We are incredibly grateful for your kindness, generosity, and willingness to help. This is what community is all about, and it is something our Rink Rebels family will never forget.
Thank you, Keith and Tobique First Nation!
When a hockey family needs help, we step up! No one has a bigger heart than our very own Keith Shirley.
