Dirt Force Motorcycles

Sneak peak at the finished DHX3.0 side panels... 3D printed in sections and fit/glued together, 1 layers of fibreglass on inside and out, bondo/sand/bondo/sand/bondo/sand, primer --->wet sand then final coat of krylon paint, how cool do they look! :) Best part is, with the fibreglass, they don't just look pretty, they're actually strong and flexible, usable in the real world.

DHX 3.0 SNEAK PEAK!!!!!

I'm currently working on the DHX3.0 Frame design. This represents a huge step forward in the evolution of the Dirt Force brand and the DHX model line up. For this version, I've designed everything using CAD so it's just like the how the big names do it. I've put everything I wanted into a lightweight trail bike, the bike looks SO UNIQUE and DIFFERENT from anything else out there, I know you guys will love it! I've designed the frame in a completely different way so it will be lighter but stronger, it will now be setup for electric start and have some other cool new design features also.

I've started modeling the DHX 3.0 bike at the end of 2015, worked through 2016, tweaking the design in CAD and started 3D printing a full scale model to test for fit and use as a proof of concept. Things are moving along really well, I'm hoping to do the grand unavailing sometime next year (2018), the prototype will look like the finished bike, but unfortunately, it won't be ride-able as it's just a 3D printed prop model but I will of course be looking for investment to help with creating some of the parts in metal and to help move the project forward and hopefully get a testable bike up and running in the near future....I'm sharing some abstract sneak peak images, first time ever! I will be sharing more as I go.
