I’ve been learning about positive intelligence this month. Learning about my self saboteurs and my inner judge. The best part so far is knowing that I have the opportunity to find the gift in every circumstance, even the ones that I might consider negative. This isn’t the same as toxic positivity, but rather allowing myself to extract value even if it comes in the form of learning something about myself or others.

Being a parent has taught me countless lessons, filled me with so much joy, and continues to be my greatest adventure.
