On behalf of the Greater Sudbury Cubs owner Mark Burgess, and our entire Cubs organization, I would sincerely like to thank each and everyone of you for supporting our players and team this season. Last night's attendance of over 500 fans for a Cubs home play-off game confirmed the interest and excitement that Jr. A hockey provides to our community of Greater Sudbury. There are so many highlights from this season, despite all of the challenges that we faced with Covid delays, etc. I would sincerely like to thank our players, our team management, coaches and training staff, our announcers and camera crew, arena and game staff, our billet families, our sponsors and especially the fans that made the decision to come out and support our players on a regular basis. Everyone gave it their all and played a key role in the success that the Cubs enjoyed this season. We will learn from this season and we will develop new strategies to achieve our goals both on and off the ice next season. It was fun, it was exciting, and we will continue to focus on our team goals of serving the local hockey community by providing U20 players with an opportunity to play Jr. A hockey while attending school, and supporting local charities and organizations such as the Elgin Street Mission. On behalf of everyone involved with the Cubs' organization, "thank-you" for your support this season and we sincerely wish everyone a very Happy Easter!
