When I work with clients or give talks, I emphasize food as our most important source of medicine and fuel. Without natural high nutritional source of food our bodies will not function at peak performance.
In our speeded up culture, if we were to choose only one area in which we should embrace slowness, my suggestion,returning to the kitchen for mealtimes. I make sure to mention that the added minutes at the stove will seem like nothing compared to time spent in the doctor’s waiting room! To start incrementally,choose which meal works for you.

Training doesn't happen over night. Takes discipline and dedication. you need a plan to follow along with patience diet is 80% exercise is the other 20%
